What is contact/partner yoga?

At times you act as an assistant to the other
person, supporting their poses, and vice versa.
At times you create different poses with equal
input from both people.   You will be thoroughly
and skillfully guided into these movements by
Ellen and Chantel.  This practice is safe, fun,
exciting, soulful, and deeply nourishing.
If you have had a taste of contact yoga in a regular class, you know the power of
engaging with another person to create powerful effects in body, mind, emotions
and spirit.  Get ready for an exponential dose of this amazing energy in this
workshop!
